Transaction Terms

Comprehensive guidelines for all financial transactions, payments, and billing processes on the Colaber platform.

These Transaction Terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the Colaber platform, including subscriptions, credit purchases, and service payments.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Supported Payment Methods

  • • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • • Digital Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
  • • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
  • • International payment gateways (Stripe)

Payment Security

  • • SSL encryption for all transactions
  • • PCI DSS compliant payment processing
  • • Two-factor authentication available
  • • Secure tokenization of card details
  • • Real-time fraud detection

Important:

We do not store your complete card details on our servers. All payment information is securely processed through certified payment gateways.

2. Pricing & Billing

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • International users may see prices in USD
  • Taxes (GST) are calculated and added at checkout

Credit-Based Services

  • WhatsApp messaging, SMS, and email campaigns consume credits
  • Credits are purchased in packages and don't expire
  • Credit usage is deducted in real-time
  • Low balance notifications are sent automatically

Dynamic Pricing:

Prices may vary based on usage volume, promotional offers, and market conditions. Current pricing is always displayed before payment confirmation.

3. Transaction Processing

Processing Times

Instant Processing

  • • UPI payments
  • • Digital wallet transactions
  • • Most credit/debit cards

Delayed Processing

  • • Net banking (2-5 minutes)
  • • International cards (5-10 minutes)
  • • Bank verification required

Failed Transactions

  • Failed payments are automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
  • You'll receive email notification of failed transactions
  • Multiple failed attempts may temporarily block payment method
  • Contact support for assistance with persistent failures

Transaction Failures:

Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired cards, incorrect details, or bank restrictions. Always verify your payment information before retrying.

4. Currency & Exchange Rates

Primary Currency

  • All transactions are primarily processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • International users may see equivalent amounts in USD
  • Currency conversion is handled by payment processors

Exchange Rate Policy

  • Exchange rates are determined by payment gateway providers
  • Rates may fluctuate between transaction initiation and completion
  • Final charged amount depends on your bank's conversion rates

International Transactions:

International users may incur additional fees from their banks for currency conversion. These fees are not controlled by Colaber.

5. Receipts & Invoicing

Automatic Receipt Generation

  • Digital receipts are automatically generated for all transactions
  • Receipts are sent to your registered email address
  • All receipts are also available in your account dashboard
  • GST details are included for Indian transactions

Invoice Details Include

  • Transaction ID and date
  • Service description
  • Amount breakdown
  • Tax calculations
  • Payment method used
  • Billing address
  • Company GST details
  • Support contact information

Business Users:

Detailed invoices with GST breakdown are available for business accounts. Contact support for customized invoicing requirements.

6. Dispute Resolution

Dispute Process

  • Report disputes within 30 days of transaction
  • Provide transaction details and supporting evidence
  • Our team will investigate within 5-7 business days
  • Resolution communication via email and dashboard

Common Dispute Types

  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Duplicate charges
  • Service not delivered as promised
  • Billing errors or incorrect amounts

Resolution Timeline:

Most disputes are resolved within 7-10 business days. Complex cases may take up to 21 days. You'll receive regular updates throughout the process.

7. Security & Fraud Protection

Security Measures

  • 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
  • PCI DSS Level 1 compliance
  • Real-time fraud monitoring and detection
  • Secure tokenization of payment data

Fraud Prevention

  • Machine learning algorithms detect suspicious patterns
  • Velocity checks prevent rapid multiple transactions
  • Geographic verification for unusual locations
  • Device fingerprinting for additional security

Your Responsibility:

Keep your login credentials secure, use strong passwords, and report suspicious activity immediately. Never share your account details with others.

8. Third-Party Payment Processors

  • • CCAvenue (Enterprise)

International Payments

  • • Stripe (Global coverage)
  • • PayPal (Select regions)
  • • Wire transfers (Enterprise)

Third-Party Terms:

Use of third-party payment processors is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Colaber is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

9. Transaction Limits

Daily Limits

Individual Users

  • • Maximum: ₹1,00,000 per day
  • • Credit purchases: ₹50,000 per day
  • • Subscription: No limit

Business Users

  • • Maximum: ₹5,00,000 per day
  • • Bulk credits: ₹2,00,000 per day
  • • Custom limits available

Limit Increases

  • Contact support for higher transaction limits
  • Business verification may be required
  • Approval typically takes 2-3 business days

Regulatory Compliance:

Transaction limits are set in compliance with RBI guidelines and may be adjusted based on regulatory changes.
