2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Colaber.
- Each user is allowed only one personal or business account.
- By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
3. User Responsibilities
As a Colaber user, you agree to:
- Use the platform ethically and legally
- Not engage in spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal activities
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Avoid uploading harmful or unauthorized content
Violation of these responsibilities may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
4. Platform Usage Rules
- Some features (e.g., WhatsApp messaging, CRM messages) operate on a credit-based system. Sending or receiving messages may consume credits.
- Colaber reserves the right to monitor activity and suspend accounts showing signs of abuse or misuse.
- We may limit or restrict features to ensure fair use and protect system integrity.
5. Intellectual Property
User Content
- You retain full ownership of the content you upload.
- You grant Colaber a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process your content only within the platform's functionality.
Colaber Content
- All Colaber branding, logos, tools, UI components, and platform code are owned by Grandcafe Productions.
- You may not reuse, copy, or reproduce Colaber's intellectual property without written permission.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Colaber integrates with third-party services such as:
- Google (for Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Meta (for WhatsApp Business)
- Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)
- Cloudinary
- Amazon API
- Gupshup
- MSG91
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Colaber is not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes by these third parties.
7. Subscriptions & Credit System
- Certain features may require a paid subscription or purchase of credits.
- Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
- Credit-based actions (e.g., sending WhatsApp templates) will be deducted automatically from your available balance.
- Promotional offers or free trials, if provided, are subject to change and one-time use per user.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms
- Limit access to features for misuse or suspicious behavior
You may also deactivate your account voluntarily by contacting support.
Important: Upon termination, your stored data may be deleted or retained as per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
While we aim to provide a reliable and secure platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service.
Colaber is not liable for:
- Data loss caused by external factors
- Failures or delays due to third-party systems (e.g., Google, Meta)
You use the platform at your own risk, and we encourage backups of critical content.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
