Terms of Use for Colaber

Welcome to Colaber! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform ("the Platform") and services provided by Colaber ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform, including advertising agencies, clients, freelancers, media sellers, influencers, and celebrities.
"Content" refers to all text, images, videos, data, and other materials available on or submitted to the Platform.
"Services" refer to all features, tools, and functionalities provided through the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Colaber, you represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content for Platform operations.

Interaction with Other Users

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Colaber does not guarantee the quality or outcome of collaborations between users.

5. Gmail Integration

By using our Gmail integration feature:

You authorize us to access your Gmail account using Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol for sending and receiving emails.
You agree that we may process this data to improve user experience, automate workflows, and provide better customer support features.
You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

6. WhatsApp Integration

By connecting your WhatsApp number:

You allow us to send and receive communication related to your activity on the platform.
You agree to adhere to WhatsApp's terms and conditions when using this integration.
We are not liable for any misuse of WhatsApp by users outside the scope of our platform's functionality.

7. Payments and Fees

Pricing and Charges:

Users can list their charges and package pricing on the Platform.
Payments are processed through Colaber’s secure wallet system.

Transaction Fees

Colaber charges a transaction fee for each booking or project purchase.

Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual users. Colaber is not responsible for disputes arising from refunds.

8. Platform Tools

Colaber provides tools to enhance user experience, including:

Proposal creation tools.
Marketing and client follow-up notifications.
WhatsApp and email integration.

Users are responsible for the appropriate use of these tools in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@grandcafeadvertising.com. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and associated data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Colaber is not responsible for:

The actions, services, or outcomes provided by other users.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Platform (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Colaber. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting info@grandcafeadvertising.com.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
