Getting Started

How do I create my first account?

Visit www.colaber.in and click "Sign Up". Choose your account type and follow the setup wizard.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes core platform features, ₹50 free credits, basic CRM, and standard support.

How do I set up my profile?

Go to Profile Settings, upload your photo/logo, write your bio, and add your social links.

Billing & Payments

How does the credit system work?

Credits are used for WhatsApp messages, SMS, and email campaigns. Minimum recharge is ₹1000.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available for unused services within 7 days. See our refund policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
