Cancellation and Refund Policy for Colaber

At Colaber, we are committed to facilitating seamless collaborations and ensuring transparency in our services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed on our platform.
1. Definitions
- "User" refers to any individual or entity using Colaber, including advertising agencies, clients, freelancers, media sellers, influencers, and celebrities.
- "Project" refers to any service, collaboration, or product listed or booked through the Colaber platform.
- "Service Provider" refers to the user offering services or products for purchase or booking.
- "Client" refers to the user booking or purchasing services or products.
2. General Policy
Cancellations by Clients:
- Clients may cancel a booking or project request before the Service Provider confirms the order without incurring a fee.
- If the Service Provider has already confirmed the project, cancellation terms outlined by the Service Provider will apply.
Cancellations by Service Providers:
- Service Providers must communicate cancellations promptly to the Client.
- If a Service Provider cancels after confirming a project, a full refund will be issued to the Client.
Non-Completion of Projects:
- If a project is not completed due to unforeseen circumstances, Colaber’s support team will mediate and determine the appropriate refund or resolution.
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund eligibility depends on the Service Provider’s cancellation and refund terms as stated in their listing.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for completed projects unless the Client can demonstrate significant issues, such as non-delivery or breach of terms.
Refund Process:
- Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of the project’s scheduled completion date.
- Colaber will review the request and may mediate between the Client and the Service Provider to reach a resolution.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be issued for projects where some but not all agreed-upon deliverables were completed.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Refunds will not be issued in cases of dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes, such as creative style, if the project was delivered as agreed.
- Refunds are not applicable for fees related to Colaber’s tools and features.
4. Theaters, Billboards, and Subscriptions
- Cancellations for theater and billboard advertising must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled display date to be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled display date.
- Subscription fees for Colaber tools and features are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
- Refunds for subscriptions will only be considered in cases of technical issues or platform malfunction that prevents the user from accessing the subscribed services
5. Dispute Resolution
Mediation:
- Colaber provides a mediation service to help resolve disputes between Clients and Service Providers.
- Both parties must provide relevant documentation to support their claims during the dispute resolution process.
Final Decision:
- Colaber’s decision regarding refunds and disputes is final and binding.
6. Service Provider Policies
- Service Providers are required to clearly state their cancellation and refund policies on their listings.
- Clients are encouraged to review these policies before booking a project.
7. Wallet Refunds
Platform Wallet Refunds:
- Refunds processed through Colaber’s wallet system will be credited to the Client’s wallet.
- Wallet funds can be used for future bookings or withdrawn to a linked bank account, subject to applicable processing times.
Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking channels.
8. Changes to This Policy
Colaber reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our platform, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly.
