Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines on refunds, cancellations, and what to expect when you need to make changes to your Colaber subscription.

This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to protect both you and Colaber, while setting clear expectations for subscription and credit-based purchases.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refundable Scenarios

  • • Payment made but service not delivered
  • • Colaber cannot deliver the promised service
  • • Cancellation before project or service starts

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • • Service delivered as per communication
  • • Monthly subscriptions
  • • Recharge-based subscriptions
  • • Credits already consumed

Important Note:

Refunds are only eligible when services have not been delivered or when cancellation occurs before project commencement. Once service delivery begins as per agreed communication, payments become non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Terms

How to Cancel

You can cancel your services through:

  • Your account dashboard (self-service cancellation)
  • Contacting our support team directly
  • Email request to support@colaber.in

Cancellation Flexibility

  • Cancellation is possible at any stage of your subscription
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • Immediate effect upon confirmation

Refund Eligibility Window:

Refunds with cancellation are only eligible before the project or service officially starts. Once work begins, cancellation is still possible but refunds may not be available.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

Immediate Effects

  • Access to premium features will be discontinued
  • Subscription-based messaging credits will be suspended
  • CRM data export should be completed before cancellation

Data Retention

  • Account data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation
  • You can reactivate within this period without data loss
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted

Data Loss Warning:

Please ensure you export any important data (contacts, campaigns, files) before cancellation. We recommend downloading your data within the 30-day grace period.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscription Auto-Renewal

  • Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged on the same date each month
  • Renewal notifications are sent 3 days before charging

How to Opt-Out

  • Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
  • Contact support at least 24 hours before renewal date
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle

Pro Tip:

Set a calendar reminder a few days before your renewal date if you're considering cancellation.

5. Refund Processing Time

Standard Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 2-5 business days

Refund Confirmation:

You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated, along with a reference number for tracking.

6. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent service usage:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours
  • We'll work to resolve the problem first
  • Refunds considered if resolution isn't possible

Disputed Charges

For unauthorized or incorrect charges:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovery
  • Provide transaction details and evidence
  • We'll investigate and resolve within 5 business days

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on service usage and specific circumstances. Each case is evaluated individually.
